Need help with Listing Studio?

Listing Studio is a Canva app by EProducts Empire that helps digital product sellers create editable listing image sets, preview pages, buyer information pages, copy support, and Bulk Create preset content inside Canva.

When contacting support, please include:

Your Canva account email, if relevant

Common things to check:

Make sure you are using the app inside Canva.
Refresh Canva if the app panel does not load.
Make sure required fields, such as product name, are filled in.
If Bulk Create does not open correctly, close the modal, refresh Canva, and try again.
If a generated page does not look right, edit the Canva elements directly after creation.
