1. Use of the App

Listing Studio is designed to help users create editable listing image sets, product preview layouts, buyer information pages, SEO copy support, and Bulk Create preset content for digital products inside Canva. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing or using it commercially.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Listing Studio may help you create more organized and professional listing materials, but we do not guarantee sales, rankings, conversions, income, marketplace approval, or business results.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for making sure your final designs, listing copy, product claims, and marketplace listings comply with the rules of any platform where you sell or publish, including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Canva, or any other marketplace.

4. Canva Account Required

Listing Studio is built for use inside Canva. Some features may require a Canva account and access to Canva's app environment. Canva's own terms, policies, and platform rules may also apply.

5. Intellectual Property

Listing Studio, including its app structure, generated layouts, preset copy structure, and branded materials, belongs to EProducts Empire unless otherwise stated. You may use the editable designs you create through the app for your own digital product listings and business purposes, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app itself.

6. Content Accuracy

Listing Studio may provide copy suggestions, page structures, or preset content. You should review all generated or inserted content for accuracy, spelling, compliance, and suitability before publishing.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Listing Studio to create illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, harmful, explicit, or deceptive content. You may not use the app in a way that violates Canva's policies, marketplace policies, or applicable laws.

8. App Availability

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of Listing Studio at any time. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Canva, third-party platforms, browser issues, internet problems, or technical changes outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Listing Studio is provided as a creative and productivity tool. EProducts Empire is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, listing removals, account issues, platform rejections, or other damages related to your use of the app or the materials created with it.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
