How to Request a Refund

Digital Products

For individual digital product purchases (ebooks, templates, guides), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided the product has not been fully downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available after 30 days of the initial purchase date for memberships, or after 7 days for individual digital products.
